The CONCRETE PLANT
PI 2000 central Batching is located in the province of Forlì and covers, with its own production, the entire area with a radius of 60-70 km.
The plant operates by automatic dosing and mixing and it is suitable for the preparation of high quality concretes, particularly for the production of ready-mixed concrete for structural applications with performance guaranteed.
Our plant has a single point of loading that allows to create up to 900 m3 per day with a variable hourly production from 90 to 100 m3/h.
The structure comprises several compartments for the storage of aggregates divided by type and granulometry; there is also a compartment for the storage of multiple additives and cements used to make doughs and mixtures that meet the exposure classes and the mechanical strength of the product request.
A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEED CONCRETE PRODUCTION
Our production includes only performance guaranteed concretes according to the exposure class and the strength required by the client.
Qualified technicians involved in the preliminary design of each dough or mixture, which is tested in the laboratory to ensure a finished product, which meets the requirements of:
- maintaining along the transport
- workability
- final resistance for the implementation

QUALITY ‘AND CERTIFICATION
The plant ready-mixed concrete production by industrialized process has the certification of the Production Process Control System (FPC) meeting all the requirements of the factory production control according to the regulations currently in force.
P.I. 2000 quality management system also complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 and holds the SOA certification for participation in tenders.
FULL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT AND PUMPING
In addition to the production of concrete also we carry out the transport and pumping service within the area provided.
